❌ Returns & Refunds

 


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

 

  • Faulty

  • Incorrectly received

 


All items are sold as brand new or graded clearance stock, and are priced accordingly.


Please do not purchase if you are unsure — ask us any questions before ordering.

 

 

 

✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

 

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at info@realdealstockoutlet.co.uk with:

     

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A description of the problem

     

 


If the fault is confirmed, we will:

 

  • Offer a replacement (if stock is available), or

  • Issue a partial or full refund

 

 

 

 

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

 


We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Items used or assembled

  • Products damaged due to misuse

 

 

 

 

📦 Return Shipping (If Accepted)

 


If a return is authorised:

 

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • A restocking fee may apply (10–20%)
